The building project commenced in 2005 and included 15 new buildings where more than 1 Million patients will be treated every year. The five specialist hospitals are home to hundreds of world class clinicians and academic staff committed to delivering very high quality care.

Complete Network Services were awarded a 7 year contract to maintain the onsite Mitel telephone system which consisted of over Six Thousand Handsets and associated applications. The selection criteria was very demanding however the fact that CNS had distinguished themselves with their system knowledge and flexibility was a key factor in the decision.

CNS have a permanent on site presence to take care of moves / changes and maintenance and provide 24 X 7 cover on a 4 hour response basis.

The onsite Mitel solution includes:

• Numerous Mitel 3300 controllers
• Nu-Point Messenger Unified Messaging and Voicemail system
• Mitel Interactive Contact Centre with Intelligent Queuing
• Mitel DECT Handsets with around 300 Base Stations
• Mitel Speech Server

The CNS structured cabling division delivers a high quality on site service to the Hospital using Brand Rex products. They have formed a close working relationship with other contractors on site and are a valued contractor to the Trust.
