Working in partnership with Bovis Lend Lease, Achilles developed BuildingConfidence as a supplier pre-qualification and accreditation service that is rapidly becoming recognised as the standard for supplier excellence within the UK construction industry.

Many major contractors use the service to evaluate their supply chains, raise performance and build longer lasting relationships with key suppliers. The accreditation demonstrates that suppliers like CNS are taking a proactive approach to continuous improvement within areas of their business such as health and safety, corporate social responsibility, environmental practices, sustainability, quality and finance which are fully assessed and audited annually to provide customers with benchmarked performance criteria.

The award was presented following a detailed, one day audit. During the course of the audit Achilles review all areas of the company including Quality Management, Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Accident & Incident reporting, Sustainability, Social & Ethical policies and Sub Contractor Management.
