Complete Network Services have recently been recommended for certification of ISO 9001, for the provision of telecommunications equipment, systems and services, including design, engineering, stocking and distribution, installation, cabling and support.

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for managing the quality of service provided by a business. It is based on a number of principles that go hand in hand with good business practice. These include focusing on customers (involving all people that affect the business), doing things systematically and continuously looking for opportunities and ways to improve.

CNS decided to focus on attaining the ISO 9001 as we accept responsibility for the complete satisfaction of its customers. CNS exercise this responsibility through adequate training of our employees, adherence to proven procedures, total commitment to meeting and exceeding customer requirements, and maintaining a company culture that fosters continuous improvement. Our objective is to deliver error free services on time, every time.

CNS have spent the past 6 months reviewing our processes, establishing procedures, documents and creating a quality policy ensuring we work within the standard. CNS’s future objective is to maintain the IS09001 :2008 accreditation and continually improve our processes. As a result, customers can be confident that CNS will provide them with the same high quality services well into the future.
