Kellogg’s Case Study

Kellogg’s, one of the world’s most popular breakfast brands.

During 2009 CNS secured the maintenance support of the install Mitel base for Kellogg’s in England Ireland and Wales. This amounts to roughly 4000 users. The support contract required CNS to provide dedicated engineer resource due to the size and complexity of the Mitel telephony estate which interoperates with other vendor’s telephony systems such as Cisco and Microsoft Lync.

The CNS maintenance support incorporates a 50 seat, fully featured contact centre for the global brand.
