CNS Ltd was formed in 2005 by a team of former Mitel Networks senior support engineers. CNS has experienced exponential growth since incorporation. CNS Ltd is privately held and is owned 100% by the employees of the company; the company is well funded, debt free and profitable.

As you would expect for Complete Network Services, we offer the full spectrum of business communications services. From infrastructure, data centre and networking to virtualisation, unified communications and IT services. Assuring end to end quality communications regardless of the technical and business requirements.

CNS has offices located in Carrington (Manchester) and Burnley (Lancashire). We provide full nationwide cover for technical resources, and our supply chain partners are ideally located across the UK.

Rather than dilute our system skills across a range of different vendor products we specialise in the Mitel product set so we can maximise our focus. Many companies juggle with various product sets and this can often result in a mediocre service to everyone. We believe that a single vendor approach provides the best results for everyone and allows engineers to become extremely proficient.
Voice is increasingly becoming just another application and we have positioned CNS to capitalise on this by making sure that all our engineers are dual skilled in Voice and Data – many of our clients require a one stop shop and the maintenance contract covers data products as well as Mitel equipment.

We are becoming increasingly skilled in virtualisation of peripheral applications which allows all value add applications to be installed on a single server, helping to drive out cost and complexity. Contact Centre software, Unified Messaging and Unified Communications can all be virtualised and we have the in house specialist skills to assist clients with the migration.

Our structured cabling division compliments our Voice and data divisions with a bespoke service to install cabling system to the highest standards. Our engineers all have the highest accreditations and we are held in high esteem by many Blue chip customers.
